Ok, the guy isn't the most intelligent, I guess the dealership has some advertising contracts with the Bears, but he was wearing it to honor his deceased Grandmother who was a chicago Packer fan that died 2 days before the NFC game, but does he deserve to get fired?

Da Bears are soooooo classy!

GO PACK!

The manager said in the video that he wasn't going to give the customers that day a chance to complain about the tie. What? If I'm going to buy a car that would be the last thing on my mind.

Now for the managers pure stupidity and his pathetic actions he probably did more harm than good and will loose business becuase of his actions.

He even said there is NO dress code written or verbal about those things. Contract with Bears or not, he is in the absolute wrong.

Wait, so Jay Cutler already found a job as a manager at a car dealership?

I can see that manager getting canned due to a huge decline in sales in the near future.

Coulda been worse: he coulda worn a Cutler jersey and quit during a test drive.

It was probably all a setup to bring free wide spread advertising to their dealership.

Looks like he's working at a different dealership already.

If that is the case it needs to be in their policy/handbook. Then it wouldnt have happened. That manager is a tool and only hurt that business.
