Perhaps we should start our own. There has to be a frozen river or lake around here somewhere. I remember doing stupid stuff like this out in Mequon when I was in my late teens. (On the Milwaukee River near Highland Rd.)

Wisconsin courts ruled that frozen waterways are "premises held out to the public for use of the motor vehicles (http://brewcitymuscle.com/forum/#)" and that drink-and-drive offenses could therefore be upheld for guys cutting donuts in wintery fun while buzzed.

You guys should come up, it's a great time. These guys run quicker on ice then many cars do on pavement.
