Possible short term house rental

I am exploring renting my Grandfather's house that is currently empty. It is near 60th and Bluemound. It would be a short term thing as my Mother will eventually move in when she sells her house. It is not yet for sale. Looking for a responsible person i.e. no parties or any BS. 2 car detached garage with an attached workshop. Basement fisnished. Contact me if interested.

just from reading the ad im guessing short term means it can be rented untill his mom sells her house.. wich could be 1 month or 5 years from now....

honestly I would say it will be mid summer or possibly later. My brother and I really want to get someone in there just so there is someone there. It is a good neighborhood, but houses get screwed with even in elm grove. I would say $500 per month would do.

To bad it isnt a longterm thing moving all furniture and everything else that goes with moving just for few months is kind of a ball buster.
