Saw a chick driving an older Galant VR4 with the license plates *V8 HA HA*. Car looked to be in good shape but didn't seem like anything special and blew a little blue smoke upon acceleration :shades .
Just curious if anyone knows the car or if its got anything done to it to justify the plates ;).
