Gotta make cushions yet but it was functional with the 4 kids home for Christmas:

The closest drawer holds the dogs #40 bag of food, another towels and the rest for firearms and booze. Pretty functional in a little 2 bedroom bungalow, wifes idea it was very cheap to do. Making built ins in living room next...yipee..

Awesome! I want some built in benches like that around our house. With a cabinetmaker for a husband, our garage and basement sure have nice wood stuff but all my requests have not been filled yet.

Great work!

Order of importance: Adam's race car > tractors > your SHO > cabinets and stuff......:D

Thanks all, looking at picks now it actualy looks better trimmed in person. I've got to finish re installing baseboard trim and some kitchen molding. We have done a LOT of low dollar upgrades (broke!) that have transformed the house dramaticaly, gotta have that summer houswarming yet this coming year.

Lola needs to see her again for a running partner. Miss Delilah gets annoyed with her puppy energy after humoring her for a few laps around the yard.

how do you know that neither of those walls was load bearing? you took out a lot of support for the ceiling, did you put any back?

The home is 1920's, the added closet mid 70's and only went to same era drop ceilings so it was a free for removal, making everything look level and textured was time consuming in ceiling but worth it. Wife poited out to me while veiwing its a 3 bedroom...and I never use spellcheck :)

Michelle Im keeping up on the yard cleanup so the dogs are always welcome when your driving thru, Gizmo brought his owner buy for first time not too long ago so maybe we can get some decent weather for Pork and Co to come bye on same day.

Need full foliage for first party, tree cover to sheild burn pit from freeway eyes ;)
