2002 - 2006 GM Speedo Issues

How about a a 99 Silverado 4.8L that needs two turns of the ignition to start, EVERY TIME.

It will never turn over on the first turn.

whats the price for a cluster light and the stepper motor for the speedo?

I've got a bad stepper motor for the tach on the wife's 03 envoy, i researched the fix, just don't feel like taking the dash apart just yet, lol

odo display is fine just the bottom right gauge is dim probably out. when can i drop this off for repair?

Gm has a recall for those year trucks, both gmc and chevy

they do but there is a mileage restriction. they wont warranty or recall them for over iirc 80k miles.
