Anyone have any experience with the night rod / vrod brand? I rode a vrod 2 years ago and liked it and night rod seems similar.

I have had tons of rockets, harleys and choppers over the years but never one of those. I have a line on one that I can get pretty cheap. How do they ride? I know there somewhat quick and it doesn't take to terribly much to make them scoot.

Thanks

Here she is.

Ive been looking at them for a while now. The prices have really dropped on them over the last 18 months. I never rode one, but sat on a bunch. To me, they feel sloppy... but this is coming from a rocket guy. I would guess slop=comfort.

Im sure you already know, but harley people don't really accept it. Since its not an air-cooled vtwin. So, its kind of an odd ball, in a class of its own.

Yeah I have been a rocket guy most of my life and have changed over to cruiser style of bikes. Could care less who accepts it as long as I like it. They probably dont accept it cause with less CU's it blows away the 96cu and 110cu without even batting an eye at it.

This is the wife's Idea for me to get another bike. I went 2 years without one. I am not a fan of the muscle. 2011 night rod looks good. I really want the all black.

Very slick looking bikes. I saw one in a magazine once and said "wow a harley I actually like". The only thing that I would change is the harley logo section on the tank. Other than that it's a really tough looking scooter.

Hate the wheels. Gonna change those out eventually.

Front headlight and cowl are coming off. Im replacing it with a black vrod one. Gives it more of a cruiser look to it. Going to black out the forks, handle bars, all controls and levers. I am looking for nice set of used vrod muscle wheels. The wheels on it now suck.

Are those the solid alum wheels with no spokes? What do they look like?
