she didnt bring the charges against him though, in fact she didnt even say anything about it! it was friends of her allegedly that found the pics and sent them into deadspin. I don't think its any of the NFL's business that he is a douche canoe.Because what was being investigated would have been an example of a violation of the NFL's "workplace conduct" policy...perhaps having to do with both workplace romance/relationship policies and/or harassment policies.

Plus, the NFL does have a personal conduct policy...but that mostly entails criminal behavior, of which harassment could rise to the level of such, though doesn't appear to have in this case.

Everyone is quick to ump on Favre but when Payton Manning cheated on his wife no one really said anything. Jen didnt want anything to do with this investigation either. She didnt want to talk to the nfl at first then her lawyer convinced her to. I wonder why....Maybe because she was partly at fault too?
