If there are two owners on a title they are listed "and" or "or" correct?
Should I assum that and means both sigs are required on sale while "or" means either owner can sell it on their own.

When I bough my passat it said or and one one person signed it. So definately assuming that and would require both.

"and" means both people need to sign the title for release.....
"or" means one of the two people need to sign the title for release.....
