So who here would use an R/C sub forum to discuss set up tips, newly aquired toys, race dates, or planning outings? Just curious as there seems to be more discussin it these days.

yeah! i think it'd be as busy as the "racing forum" is. or it could atleast replace that one and move the drag racing as a sub section of the "Racing" forum.

How about the scale car hobby in general...RCs, slots and static models?

You have a section already, the outdoor section:

http://brewcitymuscle.com/forum/forumdisplay.php?f=64

Granted most people race their R/C cars outside. :)

The weather is nicer inside this time of year though.... And that section seems a little onesided in that most of it is gun related (no offense to gun owners)

I haven't played with my R/C in a while but if we were going to have an outing I'd more than likely be game.

I'm trying to talk Myles into having his backyard into a track since it pretty much is a huge dirt oval anyways. we could clear it up and set some jumps up and it'd be pretty cool through the winter

Trackside is actually putting on a "vintage" dirt oval class with those cars or some other similar things. Alot of the touring car guys seem to be going to that side of things.

I know the polls show the opposite but the racing forum has been dead for a LONG time so we can try this out for a bit.

Can we rename it to something with out "racing"? A general R/C section. I know all of us do not race, like my self

Just a suggestion

You can also move my "New toy" thread into this section too if you would like. Keep it all together.

If we have a trailor... I have a jump to bring, lol

Its only about 5ft high, and 3ft wide about. We have to cut it down and remake it though, its a little steep

yeah man, that's retarded big the pic you text me!

although would be cool if it was a little longer and smaller. Like if it were 3ft high and 5ft long would be a good track jump.

Thats in the works. My neighbor is a contractor with his own business. So everything you think imaginable he has to use

We have already talked about making it shorter, and not to much of a slope
