I'd like to take a few wide angle photos in some enclosed spaces. Can anyone local lend me a lens that is canon rebel friendly? I'd be willing to pay a fee if its required. I would need it for no more than 3 or 4 days tops. Thanks in advance.

I've got a 50mm prime, but that may be a little too narrow for you

50mm lens on a crop body would be 80mm. That wouldn't be wide at all.

I've got an EF-S 10-22mm but it'd be a bit of a drive. If you're looking to buy a wide angle it's pretty sweet. It's so wide you have to worry about catching your toes in the shot.

EF-S 10-22mm on a 7d. I'm an idiot photographer. I'm not even an amateur. This picture is at the wide end (16mm equivalent). The PO expanded the living room into the porch and then just put down plywood. So I pulled up the plywood, disassembled the joists so I could shave 7/8" off, reassembled, and put the plywood back down so I could splice in some hardwood. It's short-plank northern red oak. In the picture I was using the new boards to know where to nail them down because the new wood was a smidgen narrower than the old wood... with a finish nailer. That was fun. I should have pulled out every one of the last boards but I was under a time constraint. Would have probably been quicker anyway since I wouldn't have had to run the router down the planks to cut in new grooves. No one has noticed the seam but it irritates the shit out of me.

The rest of the pictures are with an EF 28-135 kit lens. Most of the pictures are at the wide end. The exposure is 1/4 second because I took the pictures before the sun came up. And I shake like I have Parkinson's.

That lens would probably work, where are you at in Waukesha?
