I love my passport 9500, but I'm sick of the damn suction cups falling off. I'll clean the windsheld and the suction cups still fall off after a week or so. It gets really bad in winter. Besides getting new suction cups or velcro, what else can be done? I'm seriously concidering just super glueing the suction cups to the windsheld.

^^^ cool. But its $90 and going in my 1997 ranger. So far super glue is looking like the best bet.

you could always make something like the mirror mount? I would never superglue something to my truck lol.

I hear ya man. I didn't think it was worth it either. Have you tried cleaning the glass and the cups with rubbing alcohol? Just my two cents. Resist the urge to break out the super glue.

My 9500ix only falls off in extreme cold(lower than 10F) and even then it's only one suction cup. Even on a cold windshield I just stick it back on and it won't fall off for months, probably not until next winter.

Do you have it hard wired or do you have the coiled cigarette plug wire and is it pulling on it? Mine is hard wired so there's no tension from the connection.

Maybe look for a used one on ebay?
