HVAC control head for 98-99 Buick Century/Regal

I have a BRAND NEW still in the box GM HVAC control head for a 98-99 Regal/Century with the CJ2 RPO for "auto" HVAC. The part number is 09352034. The list price at a dealer is nearly $700, Rock Auto has this listed at $407. It has been sitting on a shelf in my garage for a while, the BCM price is $250. If you or anyone you know is interested, please contact me soon or it is going on Ebay for $300. Thanks for looking.

scam? Just got a phone call about this, didn't recognize the area code so I let it go to voicemail. The caller obviously is not aware of where we are all from but said he wants to buy this ASAP. Waste my time calling him back? The call came out of South Carolina, should I just call him and say he can mail me an envelope full of cash if he wants the part, or should I not give him my address? Damnit, I knew I shouldn't have put my phone number on Al Gore's untrustworthy internet!
