some one on my list for christmas is looking for one. Whats the best bang for the buck? what works what doesn't? i don't wana spend a million but don't want it to be cheap. thanks in advance

Samsung WEP 490 works good for me and I think is sub $50.

I don't go uber expensive because they are so DAMN easy to lose.
