You picked the wrong season to use that :P
I guess if there's no hurry on dry time it doesn't matter.

Never heard of this. What is it for. Like a undercoating or something?

It's what you coat metal with if you never want it to rust. Battery Trays are a perfect application for it.

i was trying to find a time chart as to how long it would take to "set" in the cold but didn't find much seems like it is more temperamental to humidity.

Nick, I have used it in 40ish degree temperatures and had no problems with it drying quickly.

True, but if you're doing multiple coats, it can become a stacking nightmare, as you need to do them before it dries too much.

In higher humidity it should dry in ~30-45mins.
In no humidity it can take ~4hrs.

Wear gloves, wear old clothes that you don't mind throwing away, long sleeves + taping them to the glove cuffs. If you get any on your skin, it's damn near 'permanent'. You can remove it with sandpaper, or just wait until your skin sheds naturally.

I like the POR products. Foam brushes work well just resist the urge to keep brushing it to try to smooth it out. It will self level. Make sure the surface is prepped well and free of loose paint and such. Should work well.

^ This... Lacquer thinner wont even take it off your hands

I think I ordered mine online. It was so long ago. I do like using Finish Masters on HWY100. Try giving them a call.

Well when watching the video on their website they make it seem like it will remove rust when you use the two ther prepping materials. So from those how have used this stuff it's intendened use is more for say when you do rust repair and before you do primer and paint you apply this on bear metal to prevent rust from forming? Is this correct?

^^^It's used to prevent rust from ever forming, plain and simple. Has nothing to do w/ repairing rust, just preventing it.
