What happened in BF? north & 130 and burleigh off ramp [Archive]

So there was this entire subdivision blocked of by the cops just north of north ave around the 130th blocks. And then there was the off ramp on burleigh and 41. Any ideas?

I was on my way home from downtown a couple hours ago and the ramp to 45N from 94E was backed up a long ways. so i just took side streets home.
