downloaded a xbox live update and now my box is red ringin?????? god damn it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

mine was working flawlessly last night. and it was fine when i booted it up. booted up just fine went to sign on and it asked to dl the update i clicked it. it rejected it the first time and asked again if i was connected to the internet and blah blah. tried again it dl'ed it just fine then looked like it was gana reboot and bam 3red lights and got nothing now i even beat the crap outa it!( that worked with the old one that died lol)

i think this ones still warrantyable i'll have to see then i'll contact joe. cuz this one was a wierd red ring. if i could get on to xbox.com i'de be able to tell if its warrantyable but either my computers messed up or there site is

there was an error message saying something about live issues that will be sorted out in the next 2 days.

ye i saw that 2 days ago but no problems then either there was some stuff on live messed up and i guess still is but i couldn't tell ya since it won't turn on any more lol

It's so you can use the kinect now. You can actually move/open menus and stuff with your hands.
