2007 chevy hhr lt loud roar coming from front end at 60 miles hr, checked tires , brakes, calipers all ok, yesterday got home from work took tire off to inspect again got tools ready rotors were super @%$^& hot ,calipers are not stuck no uneven wear on pads so ??? Any ideals thanks paul

poss wheel bearing does it do it when u turn a specific way?

hub bearing maybe? with it on stands, try to move the rim in any direction.

its gotta be the bearing but if its an 07, isnt it under warranty?

This. The wheel will move laterally with your hands at 9 & 3 try to twist the wheel and see if you have any significat movement then repeat top to bottom and see if feel any movement or wobble. Also when turning in a parking lot at speed if you hear a noise when turning to that side and then the noise subside when turning the opposite direction will hint to hub bearing also as it will howl under load or weight of the vehicle.

Just a heads up Sears Auto Center will do a free suspension eval. That will tell you what it is specifically then you can fix it yourself.

thanks for help wheel bearing hub
