this weekend is the sled show at state fair and there is a swap meet. Check that out. I would go with the Polaris as much as I like Doo the pistons and rings are crap in the 03-05 revs esp the 800's. trust me I know first had. I have owned more sleds in my life than anyone here.

the dual ring piston setups for the 800s are pretty nice n seem to be a "fix". i wouldnt trade my rev xp 800 for anything!

also had a 07 rev 800 with 6k ABUSED miles on it never touched/rebuilt it.

Agreed I've got a 05 rev 800, 1200 beat miles, corn field miles and haven't had any problem,

I agree the rev chassis is #1. 1200 mi is still good on the 800. When she gets a bit over 2000 thats when the motor issues begin IF you are going to have them. Every sled is different. My 800 rev burned at 2100mi and drank oil like it was gushing in from the gulf coast. My uncles 06 800 p-tek went at 2300mi.

I got 5000 miles on my 05 renegade 800....! stock motor.. and yes its for sale not sure what its wroth.. if you are interested thow out a price..
