is the soundcard ATX or micro ATX?

ATX/Micro-ATX is a chassis form-factor and can't be used to describe a sound card. A card that works in an ATX chassis could easily fit in a Micro-ATX chassis. PCI, PCI-E, half height/full height would be descriptions for a sound card form factor.
