Drag Radial question

I have a 2010 Challenger and am looking at some Drag radials. I currently have stock tires and rims which are 245/45R20. I was looking at some cheap 18in rims and some Mickey thompson ET streets which are 245/40R18. Seeing as the DR is just as wide as the stock tire, should i go with a wider DR, or will 245 be ok?

get the biggest tire you can possibly fit under there. you wont be sorry. my dad put a set of 315's on the back of his magnum, was badass.

From what I've seen M/T DRs run on the big side. A 275/40/17 M/T DR is almost the same size as a 315/35/17 NT555R

I love my BF Goodrich Drag Radials on my Coronet. I know a lot of guys on the Challenger boards really like the NITTO 555R's.
