Anyone work at a Ford Dealer

I was wondering if there are any Ford techs on here. I need to borrow 310-133 fuel module retaining ring removal tool. I don't want to buy it for over $115. Let me know if you can help.

Our Ford dealer downtown doesnt have one, they cost $700 originaly and then $300, never seen an aftermarket cutter tool for under $200. I use hand tools to bend the tabs carefully, never seen the correct tool in real life myself.
