Towards the end of the war the germans were on the brink of many technological advances that could have changed history. That is but a fraction of all the crazy stuff they were coming out with. Everything from weather manipulation to nukes. Thank god we took them out first. :thumbsup

There is a National Geographic show about this plane. Pretty interesting.

Would be interesting to watch...I wasn't aware (and still not convinced) that Jet technology was sufficient to meet the stated goals...but it was certainly within a few years of it.

Reminds me of a plane that came out not too long after...the british avro vulcan

I'd say. Wow, very interesting. The debate keeps sparking about what if they were successful in mass producing these things, and the allies hadn't invaded sooner... woulda coulda shoulda, glad we kicked their ass.
