ATF field agent is on her way to meet with me to issue my type 7 FFL. This is a huge step in seeing my company get offf the ground!!!:thumbsup

Very nice lady, answered all of my questions, acted as if she was here to help me get my license not here to make my life difficult.


But..........ummmmmmm........no, trust me....

I think she had it with her. But a change was made to the application so that the license is issued in the company name not mine, and I need to get verification on a village zoning law. She said I should have it in a few weeks.

Basically, the law states that if I'm operating out of my home I can only sell what I manufacture which would pretty much prevent me from selling any accessories or other firearms. I could only sell the ones manufactured under my company name.
