fuel tank repair?

well what i thought was just a vent hose that got lose, is something more. I either cracked the top of the vent outlet or cracked the top of the tank. I plan on dropping the tank tomorrow night and will know for sure. (way too pissed to try and do it tonight.) So does anyone know a place that does repairs?, welding, pressure testing, etc? I had Falls Rad. do the inside of the tank about 3 years, but if i recall they took about 4 weeks.

If anyone knows any place, Id appreciate it.
