We can help you get started with ISK (in-game currency) and we have a few 21-day trial codes.

The game is a little overwhelming at first due to its complete open endedness (think GTA except instead of one town there is 5000+ solar systems and instead of only like 8-16 players there is 350,000+ in the same area.). They litteraly go "Hey! This is how you do shit!" then they drop you off and let you do whatever the fuck you want.

Literally 20 different "major" paths to choose for ship types, and then you train skills to reach that, but then you have about 20 other different ways you can fly taht ship/character.

Even the beginners like Andy were having fun blasting shit when me and myles have only been playing it for a couple weeks more.

You can PvP, mine for minerals, do missions, start your own corporation, industry, tech up your character... It's an MMO

for the most part you do missions at the beginning because then you get free ships and money and the specific skills. you then place those skills in your pack and then can train them if desired.

You do NOT start off with every skill available. Only a select few and then have to earn them through missions or buy them at the marketplace.

The main reason we got into the game is to do PvP. SO you do what you need to do to tech and build up your ship so you can rock other players. There is a bunch of ways to do it, the 4 races start off with different skills but you can generally learn any races ship and weapon layout.

Ship battles, you start training skills to use different ships and weapons. Once you think you got a decent hold you join our fun run which we run into low security so the computer doesnt attack us or the other guy, then you blow shit up or get blown up.

Some people just mine shit and build stuff. Since the economy is completely player run there is alot of people that do that. You can actually pay for the game with in game money as well.

Those are NPC corps, they are not player run. You can join a player run corp (like we have) and then declare war on other player run corps and attempt to fuck them up. If you have enough members and brining in enough in game money you can build your own stations and shit.

there are 4 races and different blood lines and such. When you first jump in and create your character you will join the NPC corp that follows the "school" you will be starting in. I HIGHLY suggest everyone who jumps in to run through the tutorial missions. You WILL get lost if you don't. Once you do that you will just be assigned to the NPC corp. We will tell you where you have to fly to so you can join our corp.

Thats the best part about this game, you don't need to sit on it all the time. Just log in make sure your skills are training and then log out. We are just looking for people who are going to be on at night to go blow shit up with.

Planets help power the player owned stations. My brother has a Ore ship that is a strip miner. The more people we have gather materials and making money the sooner we can get everyone outfitted with the good shit. And don't worry about paying back, I have the ass load of money so we can get guys up and running faster.

We are looking for some guys to get support skills for combat. So if that is something you want to look into that would be awesome. Support cruisers basically run remote repairers or give bonuses via warfare links.

It doesn't need to be fancy. Just outfit it to the best of your skills. You will most likely lose the ship. I can replace it easily so thats not a problem. Just need to get a bunch of guys on so we can deal damage.

How is it not compatible? if its a jack, you need to only worry about your sound card and make sure the mic port isnt muted. If it is USB there should be drivers for vista (which are the same as W7)

It is a FPS that links with eve. Meaning, for example, My corp can hire a corp from dust to take over a planet or part of a planet so I can get resources. Or my corp can fund and outfit corps on the planet.

Pretty much looks like the whole corp/sovereignty war that eve is about is going to get alot more insane.

Just flying around racking up pvp kills and such. But then it became work in the end because you had to defend your sector from other players and the group was always bitching that I was on enough for their corp and I ended up leaving but got a nice parting gift of a fully loaded frigate.

Tech II weapons are not really necessary, although they are nice to have to deliver some extra damage.

I think the way we are going to go about it is first, figure out what time to do this. Get a head count and just go. We then split everyone up depending on the ammount of belts and such. We determine how much time we want to spend in that specific system scanning things down. If we jump in and local has low amounts of people we should just move on.

We should have 2 assigned tacklers just in case one is closer to the target than the other. If chris warps in, since he has cloak, we can probably take out slightly larger targets. If the target is a rail or cannon boat they can't hit us up close. Chris can cloak up to the fucker then lock him and we can warp to chris and attack. If we warp not to chris then we are on the wrong side of the KM.

Practice makes perfect and we will figure it out soon enough.

When I was over sat. night and I docked, it was still at the 0.3 sec area. I just undocked and at the same time an enemy ship undocked. Was pretty funny to see the two of our ships immediately point in opposite directions and warp to different areas. haha

its the extra large turrets, or commonly known as capital ship guns.

Also the 4th slot is for a seige module. It makes it so you can't move but increases damage by 600% and defense by some amount.

Im ready for my Lvl 1 ORE ship. My mining drone should be ready to go when I get home. I found a sweet belt in 0.3 nopt to far away from the corp base.

No need for any money I did missions all weekend and netted close to 6mil ISK. Is there anyway to inject the money I get into the corp account?

Also, once I get back Ill have a list of stuff I don't need that I robbed from ships as well. Some Tech 1 and Tech 2 stuff

You can throw money into the corp by donating or giving money. I believe I gave you access to the division 2 wallet so you can put it in there.

We did level 3s and level 4 missions all weekend. Netted 96mil in just salvage and loot.

When you accidently leave drones and you warp back and they are still there, you gotta get in close and right click them. There will be an option to scoop them to drone bay or cargo bay.
