has no spark. its a kohler command 16hp ohv the parts are around $75 to fix it i just dont need it or have time anymore. has hydrostatic rear axle all tires hold air belts are good blades could use a sharpen . engine has great compression and carb has been rebuilt <!-- START CLTAGS -->
