I wish GM would spend half as much time in stuff like this and marketing videos... As a side note, looks like ford is upping the ante in the fullsize truck field with new engine offerings too. Funny how everything from cars to trucks go from being the most annemic, under powered piles of fuck to the highest HP and most bad ass stuff to date, Did they shit can all of managment and bring in 20 somethings to run the place over last year? wtf! hahah Cool stuff though.

The luke warm attempts they make, even with the new camaro, they didnt hype the shit out of it like Ford does, that car sold 100K plus units in 9 months because people have been waiting since '06.

One of two things are going on, they are letting the product sell its self (which is working) or the marketing team is much like the people i work with, old school.

What's really annoying about GM is reading their reps saying "when the Camaro moves to the Alpha platform we wont' aim for the middle of the pack". Which is the exact opposite of the of the BS GM spouted off the years it took the Camaro to reappear. All they talked about was how the 5th gen was perfect, now they say differently. Now they talk like they rushed the car to market somehow.

There was all the nonsense about how they had 12 experts just working on the exhaust sound, and yet when a Camaro drives past me I can't even hear the exhaust. It might as well be a Prius.

I read an article in todays paper that you can make it open exhaust with a screwdriver by removing a plate somewhere.
