My road runner went out. So I called cust service and got a friendly , helpful person right away, and they had a tech at my house checking it out within like 1 1/2hrs.

Looks like we have a weak signal from the pole and so does someone up the block, so they are replacing the line or something, anyway I couldn't believe how good the service was today:thumbsup

Maybe they know that AT&T has been sending folks around here like vultures trying to get people to sign up with them, so they are stepping up their game :D .

Its a minimum 1 - 2 week wait in my area every time I called, that's why I don't have TV anymore.

pork i dont what ur talking about we are almost at same day service for service calls and only a few days out on installs unless its for phone then its a mandatory 7-10days to keep ur same number

got cable and roadrunner installed at my new place by an area rep in about 2 days after moving in. good service

yeah if you're having problems we get somebody out same day the majority of the time... its rare that you would have to wait till the next day let alone any longer...
