Old: 2007 GMC Yukon Denali

In with the NEW: 2010 F-150 Crew. Took off 4x4 stickers on bed, replaced license plate bulbs with led, silverstars in headlights and fog. Exhaust, bedliner, tint and maybe--maybe a supercharger to come. Engineer friend of mine at Ford working on a project specifically for supercharging the 5.4. May be able to work a deal. Time will tell.

Superior on 84th had a sign that they tinted taillights. Was just there Monday getting a truck tinted. Took me as a walk in and I was back on the road with tinted windows in 20 minutes!!!

OK, where's all the posters who are gonna tell him he was stupid for buying a new truck and going into debt? BTW, love the truck, glad you got it. Looks sharp and I hope youi can get a supercharger on that bad boy. Oh, I like train horns too. I'd leave the tail lights alone. Red looks good with black.

I owned the Yukon and traded even up for the Ford, I got $9000 in rebates and was an X-Plan purchase so no debt:banana!!!!. Pretty good deal.

So far I am glad I got it but the Yukon was the perfect car for the family. I gave up a lot of features but may be time to simplify things a little.

hows the gas mileage with the f150? I've been tempted to trade in my ram on a f150. Sure is a good looking truck.

So far the computer says 15.5. But it has only been one day so we will have to give it some time.

If you want them paint tinted, call Crash. If you want vinyl tint, call Joe Rachel. He is also the guy I gave you the info for for tinting your windows, he can do both and the vinyl will come off easy when you want to re-sell the truck in a few years.

Are they legal? Anyone ever tint the windshield? Doing it on the west coast. Not sure if done here yet. Prolly illegal?

Yeah windshield tint is Illegal here. You can do the sun strip up top to the AS1 line mark on the windshield. Here are before and after pics. This is two coats of tint. With your truck being black I wouldn't go any darker. However my lights are visible just fine, and I have never been questioned in almost two years since getting them done.

If you tint the windshield, don't do darker then 50% or you WILL get a ticket. 50% on the windshield REALLY darkens the inside of a tinted vehicle, I have had most of my cars windshields done and love it. Darker then 50 on the windshield though and you wont be able to see shit at night :rolf
