Need to borrow

Does anyone on here have a GM Navigation DVD that I can borrow. When I bought my ctsv it didn't come with the navigation DVD and I was hoping I could borrow someones and make a copy.

I have one for a DVD based navigation in a 2007 Saab 9-5 Aero... Not sure if that'd work though, I'm pretty sure that they're all car specific... (I know this disc don't work in a '07 Saab 9-3 Aero)
