Reaper Tactical LLC is born!!!

So I've had this crazy idea for a firearms accessory business floating around in my head for a while now. Today I took the forst huge step to realizing it. I just completed filing the necessary forms to create Reaper Tactical LLC. I've reserved the domain names reapertactical.com and reapertactical.net. Next step is to obtain the necessary licensing and setup dealer relationships. I have a plan for a proprietary lower receiver, but need to do some more investigating into making it a realization. At this point I think my only option is to have it manufactured by an existing company. In the future I hope to contract with a local machinist for manufacturing, or by the machinery and manufacture them myself. Either way, this is a huge step for me. I've always envisioned myself being a business owner and now I am!!

LOL, I don't know about giant!! I'm thinking along the lines of Spike's Tactical, Mega Arms, Bravo Company, etc. It'll be years before that point comes though!!

I used to do trigger jobs on H&R/NEF's, AR15 and Greybeard, provide a good service and you cant chase away the buisness, good luck. You get serious about service work and customizing I've been amasting tooling for a few years now (machine turning and trigger work stuff). I enjoy doing camo jobs too....I should have been a gunsmith :(

Thanks guys!!! Don't get too ambitious. There's a lot of steps to complete before I have anything to offer. I still need to get ATF licensing and need to figure out if I need manufacturer or dealer licensing. I am in contact with at least one machining company who is willing to do custom work for me. For now this is probably the best option. In the mean time, I'll be setting up accounts to offer existing accessories.
