people will tell you stupid obvious shit like "good luck on sleep" and all of those. As a new pops myself is make a promise to the little one to have as much patience as humanly possible. This little ones will test you in everyway possible but the rewards and pay offs are sooooo much greater.

For us dads somtimes they dont show up till like 6mths old or so when they start recognizing us and shit.

My daughter Hannah will be 3 this august. Recently while out in the garage sitting on a work stool watching me work on the bike she was turning on it with a rachet in her hand. My wife said "Hannah now dont hit the car with the wrench" and Hannah replied back "no mommy its not a car, its a MUSTANG"....

I cracked the hell up cause it was sitting really close to where she was.
