That is the band shell in lower lake park port washington almost 23 years ago to the date those of my car was taken Ronald Reagan made a speech from that same band shell note the flag is the same today was hoping for a better pic this is all i could find

It appears the last president to pay a visit to Port Washington was Ronald Reagan in 1987, one of 22 visits to the state by Reagan, who died in 2004.

Regan spoke July 27, 1987 at Lower Lake Park in Port Washington, where the band shell still has an American Flag painted as a backdrop. Here is a transcript of Reagan's speech, which opens - in typical Reagan fashion - with a joke about fishing.
