Actually, the guy came in for an oil change (free coupon) and i told him about his front axles and he said he would send a tow truck to take it to the junkyard. I told him i would gladly give him 100 bucks for it. He said fine. He told me he paid 500 bucks for it 16 months ago and that he had got his money's worth out of it. Axles are 65 each, headlights are 106 each and i need to drill out the R/F balljoint bolt and replace it with a reg. bolt ( 7 dollars maybe)

Also, if you ever need new headlights, 1800-Radiator sells OEM spec headlights for cheap. the next cheapest headlights i could find were 137 each from LKQ

Headlights are 105 from Certifit as well, depending on manu date.. if it's before May 96, they're 100.. and local..
Anyway, that thing should be fun in winter :devil Nice pick up!

Buy used headlights, pick n pull charges $25 and a local yard will charge $40-50 each.....

I need to find mid-70's corvette for a winter beater. They're cheap and the body can't rust.

Believe it or not, Subie parts are hard to come by in most junkyards, 80s and 90s subaru's tend to just turn to rust and disappear.

I searched Car-part.com and a few yards in town had them, remember their prices are negotiable.....;)
