get a tablespoon of cinnamon powder down in under a minute or something like that. Just getting it down seemed impossible.

Ha! I don't see how anyone could do this. It is so unbelievably dry. It started to get really hot(kinda like a mint and I hate mint). I could have handled that it is just way too dry. I tried to chew it to try and help get it down but it wasn't happening. I don't think I even got any of it down now that I think about it.
