Well to start out the track was hooking VERY well and we got our best 60ft, ET, Mph, and even were told it pulled the wheel last night. But on the last pass it made it blew the motor and the crank is hanging out the front of the block and timing chain is hanging on top of the broken crank etc.. And we had people asking how much we were spraying - it was N/A! But it was a succesful night with the best passes. Thanks again Dr. Ford,Scotty K and everyone who helped!

what's the old saying? "They always run best right before they go"?

sorry to hear, but glad it sounds like you still had fun...

Ouch. I know a guy selling a 1994 F150 for parts that has a good 5.0 in it. Same pistons, crank, rods, block as they used in the Explorers.

We'll see there's alot of options to sell it the way it is, just put a used motor in, or build one etc.
