hey, lookin for somewhere to weld a cut-out

in front of the rear differential.....Im lookin to find somewhere besides Dennis from midas, because the price seems a little high, 50 bucks.......from everyone ive talked to on LS1.com, 50 bucks is too much....you guys know anyone else who could do the welding? just trying to save money

that's about going rate around here. you got to realize that other areas have higher demand for such things. also, realize that most shops won't even do it. it's "illegal" for them to alter the exhaust in such a way. if you can get someone local to do it from their garage that'd be the best bet.
