And North Africa :stare and I think a total of 7 islands that the US had to take out because of the Japs building air field on them...

I purchased WWII in HD that aired on the History Channel a few months back, I learned so much from that DVD it was amazing.

I really wish everyone could watch that DVD, WWII was such on a massive scale it was Mind Blowing !!!

Wow, that's a very cool find.

The WWII in HD series was very good too. I've been reading and watching stuff on WWII for years and still find it all very interesting.

Also, Australia had troops and equipment at the D day invasion of Normandy.
