will be interesting to see how it pans out, but really do u have to shoot 13 times at someone to get ur point across especially if they are unarmed thats bull shit IMO hope the cop gets nailed if he overreacted and not a slap on the hand this shit is getting real old. Think 13 shots. 6 of them hit the victim. Lucky those 7 other stray bullets didnt hit anyone else.

Wonder if he went through what he had in the pistol or reloaded in the proccess?

thats bullshit. he was out at a bar, no way in hell should he have had his gun with him especially seeing as how his last shooting was OFF DUTY and at a bar! fucking piece of shit. a real hero was gunned down because of a pussy with a badge.

And investigate whether he was intoxicated? If you refuse to take a breathalyzer when getting pulled over for OWI, the court will translate that as yes you were and it can sometimes be worse than actually blowing over the limit. If you had a prior OWI they would definitely be throwing the book at you. What did this guy get so far, paid leave? It doesn't sound like he was even put in cuffs.
