MX/BMX race jersey question

Do any of you know where I can have a name printed on the back of a race jersey? I found a few places online that you can either send your jersey in to have it done, or they'll send you the heat transfer so you can have it done locally.
Just wanted to know if there was a place in Wisconsin that did it.
