The z93AADd2Dpo is the end of the link shown in your url window while viewing the video. Just remove the spaces, and poof.

Ben, see that "z93AADd2Dpo" at the end of the url on the YouTube vid? You put that into the YouTube button when you click reply on a thread. Another way is to just wrap that code with the YouTube tags, [youtube] and [/youtube. Add the "]" closing bracket to the end to make it work.
