Aside from the gold screws and diamonds, I can't possibly see what makes them so expencive.

Ever seen how much a nice size diamond goes for?
Even in the small picture of the lug, it looks pretty big.
I could see (insert celebrity/athlete label whore here) putting those on whichever of the 30 cars they own. :gay
