Anyone planning on going?


Mitchell's Tavern (10433 W. Appleton Ave.) Classic Car Show on May 30th
believe it goes from 11-5.

show was pretty stupid. it was advertised on 1021 as a all decades car show. so i pull in and they ask what year, i awnser 93. they say sorry 85 and older. so i park outside walk around notice 2 foxbody mustangs and a 87 s10. Awesome. gotta love the respect import people get. last time i ever try and spread that places car show.

I went there and looked also. Was hoping to find a 68 Tempest, LeMans, or GTO to show the old lady so maybe she'd want one of those instead of a 68 Camaro. She, of course, was glued to the Camaro.

I didn't realize they had an age limit. There were a bunch of Monte Carlos, including one for sale and the oldest one was an 86. I think there was a BCM member's GN but I couldn't get close enough to see what it really was. There were also a couple foxes and a thirdgen, also newer than that.

It was a good time and yeah I agree Deana's Cutty looked a little different this year! :shades
