We have talked maybe once or twice, and I have never Beaten this car. Why would i beat a car with 130k miles on it knowung it will only lead to Money out of my pocket. I had it for about a year and put under 1,000 miles on it because my life is consumed by work and school. The tranny went on it like every 4l60e and i had it rebuild. That is the single and only problem i have ever had with this car. It was on the lift for awhile because i was waiting for the tranny shop and i replaced an O2 sensor. The car was only in the HS shop one time and it was for the transmission so your 'Numerous' claim is entirely false. And yes i replaced some things for preventative maintenance along with the 800$ tranny rebuild so i started my price at 3000 obo. Thanks for your concern.

But as I recall, it was there with yes, the tranny out and the rear end cover off....and both appearing to be investigated for separate problems and the story were related to me that both were as a result of your driving style.

And yes, I have certainly heard numerous accounts of how you drove this thing too and what was wrong with it. I do recall what you've said, and yes, I do recall what others have said that you did to the car. If you've got a problem with that, that's for you to take to them. I really don't mind repeating those claims to other people because it sounds entirely plausible...but you're right, the stories related to me could have been flatly false.

I paid more than this kid did for his formy that I paid for a Daytona ShelbyZ...and this was with 1992 dollars, (yeah, I had haterz then too/no big deal) and I f'd it up the very first night I had it. Everytime I said I wasn't beating on it, the guys at the shop just laughed and laughed. Still gave me a good deal on the repair. To this day I feel stupid trying to pass off such BS crap.

And I don't believe that you only put 1,000 miles because you wanted to baby it...car probably sat in storage during your first year of college, like many freshmen who have cars. You basically got a shortened summer out of the thing while you waited for the rebuild (that had already once been 'built' previously) trans to come back.

I mean, it's still a hell of a deal, good luck selling it. If I didn't have my projects to work on, I'd consider the car...but I wouldn't buy it from some teenager believing some "it just randomly broke on me...it's been babied" crap.

Ill vouch for Alex! He got the car and had some bad luck with the tranny almost immediatly after he bought it. Hes spent a lot of time and money getting it to run the way it does now.
