I know your a memeber of this forum and saw the car in your signature on some posts. I saw your car parked at Automotion today and got to check out that hood a little, what hood was that? Car looks awesome with it. :thumbsup

Thanks. It's a TruFiber B-429. Bought through CruizinConcepts. Finished by Customs Unlimited in Cudahy. The scoop looks pretty big in my sig but in person it holds pretty true to a real Boss 429.

I guess not. I really didn't cruise around a lot though. Set up my lawn chair at Mexicali Rose and watched the cars go by. Pics to follow.

And yes, no trip to the Dells is complete without a trip to Paul Bunyan's for breakfast. (Donuts to die for.) We were way in the back. I didn't even know the restaurant went back that far.

OIt definitely looks good on the car! I am still debating getting a different hood, but was thinking of going the heat extractor route

Hahaha. Last year I was in the Dells and stopped there for breakfest for only that reason, all you can eat bacon, and yep, they cut it out. I was PISSED:mad:

I guess you can make the call. BTW I have installed hood pins right about where you see them on the '69. Just don't have pictures of them yet.

There was a Mach 1 there this weekend that was very close to what I'm going for. The scoops on those are the same shape but a little smaller. Otherwise it had chrome bullits. rear louvers etc.

It is a huge scoop but but looks awesome on the car, it is one of the few scoops that i do like. I think you nailed the look you were going for. Kudo's on the selection!
