A friend asked if I knew where to get Kooks long tubes for 351 (PW?) heads for his Fox build. He lives in AR and he drag races weekly. He bought a Jerico trans and a 351 he is boring and working a bit. He said he could only find info on Kooks heads to fit his combo. Any ideas from the Fox faithful?

Not to burst his bubble but I seen as set of Kooks for a 302 car in real life, everybody I seen hates them. The hang REALLY LOW. Search corral forum also. I dont have pics but theres sets on there where people spent all that money and was not happy with them and a year later they are selling them.

:thumbsup No bubble bursting. He just said he was doing some research and he could only find literature from Kooks that says their headers will work with his combo. I was just inquiring if anyone else did a 351 swap into a Fox and had any luck with Long Tubes.

BBK shorties for a 351w swap to be exact. Mount right to any foxbody exhaust.
Accufab, Hooker, Kooks, and Ford Powertrain Applications, all make headers with the correct bolt pattern for any head you can find. BBK, Hedman, Mac, and a few others make some with a standard bolt pattern also. You may be able to find a local fabricator that could make a custom set for what the accufab and kooks go for new.
