Maybe someone can explain to me why people do things like this. Maybe I'm just not getting it.

I saw this plate tonight “OPEN WYD”. My guess is either a dentist or gynecologist.

I still like the ones that have the vehicle make on the windshield in vinyl...forget how many times I see Taurus or Explorer on a car in little mexico.

One more thing. I've seen this more on GM vehicles than anything.

Why do people drive around with their wipers in the vertical position? Does it just fail like that? Can't they hit the stalk to make them come down?

The control module in the wiper motor goes haywire and the arms end up in the upright position IF you can get them to stop.....

I saw a Mitsu 3KGT with plates that said MITSU BC. Like why? We already know what it is, why waste money on a lame plate telling us the same thing. Thats like me getting a plate that says, JEEEEP.

It's not like you will avoid having some sort of text there. Why not be creative. . .well sorta creative. At least you get to know that you are unique.

Have a plate that says "NO PLATE". Cops won't know how to put that on in their little ticket book.

I always thought the plate "RU18YET" was the dumbest personalized plate I've ever seen, saw it around UWM campus years ago when I was in school there on some later model Honda. An obvious reference to the vehicle basically a description or something relating to the drivers profession I always found kinda lame (your a CPA, congrats?). But hey, people can make fun of mine too I guess :) .
