Anyone know how to post a photo on Craigs List?

Need help posting a photo on CL.. Not trying to upload a photo but rather post the IMG link off of photobucket.com

I have the images upload on photobucket and clicking on the IMG link which copies it and when I post it in my CL ad all I see is the IMG link and not the photo..

I know I've see other people use links to post the larger photo.. I'd rather not use the default uploader because the photos are too small..

Anyone?

a believe it is just standard html coding use the code from bucket looks like this

When I copy the img link it shows up on my CL ad like this:

I had to add an a period to the link or else it would have posted the pic here on this site.. Dunno why it won't work on CL.. I even tried the direct link:

Found this online, hope it helps

You can also have the picture online somewhere (you may use a free site like myspace.com or flickr.com to upload a photo). Then "Right Click" on the photo and in Internet Explorer you click "Properties"; a window will pop up. The Address (URL) is what you are looking for. Highlight the URL and Copy (Crtl+C). Then go back to the Craigslist Ad Body. TYPE in <img src= and then add the URL of the Picture (i.e. <img src="http://www.mysite.com/logo.gif"> finally you must add the closing mark.

don't forget the quotation marks on the link. just copy this below into your ad.

When you go to post your add there is a button that's to add images. Just click that button, browse your hard drive to where the picture is and click "add". Then continue at the bottom of the page. No need for photobucket hosting or anything like that.

if you wana use photobucket you have to copy the html code one i believe should look like this?

Those end up low res tiny, I think he wants better pictures, and probably more than four.

I guess I thought that was the only way you could show pics on CL, it's all I've ever seen are the 4 smaller low res ones. Glad I learned something new :thumbsup
