Those are very rare jeeps and can be worth some good money if they are well kept, but over $20,000 is ridiculous. And there's no way it has more power than a hemi. I think they had about 260 horsepower.

Nick, that jeep is worth a lot more than that. Realistically, it's worth probably in the range of 3500-4000 trade in and a retail market of somewhere in the 6K range. Hell, even private party in good condition is around 6K

Meh, I just had my manager give me a rough estimate on what it was worth, didnt tell him it was a 5.9.

Note: I just checked kbb..........even at fair trade in value on that car is worth 3800. Huge swing from that to a regular v8 cherokee (1500)............
Still private party value is 6800 in excellent condition.....................not 22000................most I can see for that is 8-9, and that is if it was mint with low miles

Yeah...people who like 'em, like 'em. But no one likes them 22,000 bucks worth.

Basically 250hp...it was a regular magnum v8, with a more aggressive timing curve that bumped peak hp from 245 to 250 and required higher grade fuel. They were quick-for-an-SUV for the time being able to eek just under 15.

To be honest, those ARE nice trucks. Way better then just a GC. I used to own one seom years ago and loved it If it is in mint condition I can see him getting 8K to 10K for it. They are rare as they were only made for one year, and on top of that not many were made that year.

But no way for 22K

if i remember there was one at merit auto on 92nd and Oklahoma a while back that was in great shape and had low miles and was 6kish?

i also like these alot but for the money people think they can fetch (upwards of 10k) i can get a newer jgc with the 4.7 that has similar power and better mileage...

either way when i saw the ad i was intrested if it was in a more reasonable price range...

So does it sell? i say no way...we shall see...

then again if he gets enough people emailing him he may just take it down put it elsewhere and say it sold to people from cl who are telling him he is nuts...
